Objective

GCRA will analyze the existing infrastructure and aesthetic conditions in the Porters neighborhood and develop a plan for safety and infrastructure improvements as needed.

First steps will be to engage the community & key stakeholders to develop a “needs assessment report” to identify key priorities such as lighting, sidewalks, stormwater improvements, landscaping, and curb/gutter.
