Objective

Jefferson on 2nd Avenue is a large-scale urban multi-family development that incorporates a five story building and almost 300 student apartments. Jefferson on 2nd was designed to complement and enhance the urban fabric and includes pedestrian-friendly elements such as articulated façade massing, ground level retail, and a “hidden” parking structure located within the interior of the development.
