Objective

The CRA constructed and sold three new homes in the Fifth Avenue neighborhood as a part of the Model Block Program. The program enhances the vitality of the neighborhood by supporting long-term homeownership. The Model Block project is a successful revitalization approach to create conditions to help ensure that the historic legacy of the neighborhood is celebrated, residents’ pride in the community is strengthened, and private investment in surrounding properties is increased.
