Objective

The GCRA will develop programs that incentivize companies to relocate or startup within the reinvestment district. The program may offer employment or development based incentives. Small-local-diverse businesses will be prioritized. This program may provide funding incentives to companies that move and build at the Cornerstone Development, Innovation District, and Power District. GTEC will be the central location/hub of the administration of this project. GTEC businesses will be strongly encouraged to apply for GCRA financial incentives once they have grown out of the incubator.
