Objective

The GCRA will support a mixed-use development project adjacent to the Waldo Road and University Avenue intersection. This development will include a job training center project. Programming for the center will be implemented by the Office of Economic Development and Innovation. The goal of the job training center will be to provide an avenue for residents of the district, especially those located in East Gainesville, to acquire in-demand job skills.
